Premium Travel has years of experience in Corporate and leisure travel and from that experience we understand that every company and in particular the traveller also has their own individual requirements that need to be addressed and catered for. Once we have identify these requirements we document them in the travellers individual profile and ensure that all their future travel arrangements are managed with a minimum of fuss. We not only ensure that the traveller is aware of all the necessary entry requirements of the country visited  but is also informed of the special rules and penalties that are enforced by various airlines and suppliers alike, which may have an impact on their travel.

Companies may require a special ‘travel policy’ set up for their own business travel and objectives that may vary from company to company, therefore we believe that it’s important that we first and foremost set out to identify these requirements with you. Premium Travel do not have a “one policy fits all” approach (unlike some of our other competitors) as this only tends to limit a company’s ability to achieve their business objectives. At Premium Travel we encourage the company to discuss and identify these objectives with us so that we can ensure that all their travellers comply with these policies . We then personally consult with each traveller and identify their own personal needs such as, special medical requirements, meal requests and seating preferences but most importantly we always offer options for the most economical airfare for their trip so that it doesn’t unnecessarily restrict the traveller’s ability to change their arrangements (without experiencing additional and unexpected costs) at the last minute, in order to successfully complete their objective.
